4.1 The Managing Director is authorized to represent the company and is responsible for the content of this website pursuant to applicable Swiss and EU law.

5.1 AssureTwin is operated by VynFi.com LLC (i.G.), the same entity behind VynFi (vynfi.com) and VynCo (vynco.ch).

5.2 All three products share the DataSynth engine and Microsoft Azure infrastructure. Each product is governed by its own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, published on the respective website.

6.1 Synthetic data generated by AssureTwin satisfies the same statistical and structural properties as real enterprise financial systems but is entirely artificial. It must never be presented as real audit evidence or used as the sole basis for regulatory filings.

6.2 Users are responsible for clearly labeling all AssureTwin outputs as synthetic when sharing or referencing them outside the platform.

7.1 AssureTwin is powered by the DataSynth engine, a proprietary synthetic data generation system developed by VynFi.com LLC (i.G.). DataSynth produces statistically rigorous financial datasets using domain-specific generators, finite state machine (FSM) audit workflows, and formal verification via Linear Temporal Logic (LTL).

7.2 The platform is built on Rust, SvelteKit, and Microsoft Azure, with GPU-native graph analytics provided by RustGraph. AI-assisted features use the Anthropic Claude API.

8.1 VynFi.com LLC (i.G.) operates under the following legal framework:

• Swiss Code of Obligations (OR) — Governing company formation, contracts, and commercial activity
• Swiss Federal Act on Unfair Competition (UWG) — Fair business practices and consumer protection
• Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nDSG) — Data protection and privacy

8.2 AssureTwin is not a regulated financial service. The platform provides simulation and training tools and does not provide audit opinions, financial advice, or regulatory certifications.

9.1 Pursuant to Article 27 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the appointment of an EU representative is in process. This section will be updated with the name and contact details of the representative once the appointment is confirmed.

10.1 EU Online Dispute Resolution. The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution (ODR) platform for consumers at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

10.2 Preference for Mediation. VynFi prefers to resolve disputes through amicable negotiation or mediation before resorting to formal legal proceedings. We encourage you to contact legal@assuretwin.com to discuss any concerns before initiating formal dispute resolution.

10.3 Swiss Mediation. For mediation conducted in Switzerland, we recommend the Swiss Chambers' Arbitration Institution or the mediation services of the Zurich Chamber of Commerce.

10.4 Jurisdiction. Where amicable resolution is not possible, disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Canton of Zurich, Switzerland, as set forth in our Terms of Service.

11.1 The content of this website has been created with due care. However, VynFi.com LLC (i.G.) does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of the content provided.

11.2 All data generated by AssureTwin is synthetic. Product descriptions, feature summaries, and performance figures are provided for informational purposes and may change as the platform evolves.
